Volterra is creating vehicles that solve all these problems and at the same time guarantee a high level of comfort that goes far beyond what the market offers in luxury motorhomes.

Volterra was born from the passion of an entrepreneur with a passionate soul, a curious and eclectic designer, motivated by innovation. After entering the world of plein air, he realised that there was no product that met the minimum and desirable requirements of those who, like him, have a background in engineering and naval architecture. With decades of experience in yachting, a sector that demands quality, practicality and beauty in every detail, he understood that the expedition vehicle industry needed a transformation.

The vehicles available on the market do not meet both needs: some are ‘beautiful but fragile’, others ‘solid but with industrial aesthetics’. Just as sport yachting has succeeded in creating solid and beautiful yachts, we decided to apply the same philosophy to the world of expedition vehicles.

The Scarani family, with several generations of business experience in the aeronautical and nautical sectors among others, decided to design and produce a line of exceptional products. Our experience allows us to bring innovative solutions to the most advanced and sophisticated land vehicles: vehicles able to face the most extreme conditions, to be autonomous, robust and comfortable.
